Illinois South Conference
St. John UCC is a member of the Illinois South Conference, which is an association of UCC congregations reaching as far north as Pana, to as far south as Carbondale. The conference's headquarters is located at DuBois Center, nestled amidst 330 wooded acres, two shimmering lakes, open meadows, and a network of wooded trails. The ISCUCC hosts many retreats throughout the year including youth ministry confirmations, equestrian events, and LGBTQIA+ meetups.
